Job Description

1. The candidate’s core responsibility would be to generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Design Engineering Service Line – Automation and Fire.
2. Handle the creation and maintenance of accurate BOM for Design Engineering Service Line.
3. Update BOM with accurate information about materials – both Siemens and third party.
4. Collaboration with Operational team and Interact with different stake holders.
5. Utilize the Smart Infrastructure Parts to gather common materials or pricing.
6. Associate quotes to line items in SAP.
7. Insert and update any Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) created by the Design Engineer.
8. Collaborate with TL’s for any prioritization of BOM request.
